To revitalize human activities and to monitor the productivity and discipline, the Human Resource department at NALWA has initiated a performance-based, employee friendly work culture. Training needs are identified through a training need assessment system. Trainings are organized in a structured way by internal and external faculties documented by an Annual Training Calendar and Budget TNA based Training activities.
